Cover Photo Contest!

How would you like to win a contest? First prize? No questions asked? Well, keep readin’, ’cause I’m just the guy who can make it happen. You can start by checkin’ out this photo from the charming, talented, and astute Ms. Nyleta Wallace. Nyleta's Blues picShe took the picture while sitting beside the pool at her exclusive Galveston getaway while her hunky hubby prepared for an Ironman triathlon.

Nyleta, never one to let time hang heavy on her hands, cuddled up with a copy of Resurrection Blues and spent a few blissful hours in the company of its zany cast of characters. Little did she know that merely by snapping this photo and posting it on FaceBook, she instantly made herself eligible to win an autographed, advanced review copy of Treason, Treason! my soon-to-be-published alternate history/time travel epic set in the heart of the American revolution.

Fortunately, the winds of fate move in mysterious ways (like so many hard to explain phenomena), and though she doesn’t know it, Nyleta’s the first official winner!

How, you might ask, can you duplicate this feat? Nothing could be easier! Simply find yourself a comfortable spot to read, hold one of my books in your lap — any title will do — and take a picture. Make sure the bulk of the cover is visible and legible, and post it on FaceBook. I promise you I’ll find it, and unless you’d rather I didn’t, will snag a copy to be posted right here.

I will also add your name to a mailing list of Winners, and when Treason, Treason! becomes available, you will be one of the first on the entire planet to get a signed copy of your very own. (Be really creative, and you might get a bonus prize!) I don’t know how long this offer will last, so get your camera out quickly and get busy.
